Oil Development Company (ODC) Signs Memorandum of Agreement with the Kuwait Environment Public Authority (KEPA)

The Oil Development Company (ODC) concluded on Tuesday 5TH of February a memorandum of Agreement with the Kuwait Environment Public Authority (KEPA) concerning the administrative measures and technical assistance required as part of the bids by the International Oil Companies (IOC's) involved in the development of the northern Kuwaiti Oil fields.
